Brooke is unlike any other female contestant who has tried out for Idol in the past. She is not a diva superstar with a big voice. Instead, she is a singer-songwriter with a sweet, soft tone who captures your attention with her vulnerability and charm. Brooke proves that you do not need to have powerful pipes to excel on a show like American Idol. You just have to have confidence in who you are as a musician (or person in general) and be willing to share your heart with the world. <3

both TERRIBLY UNDERRATED and amazing. david is pure amazing beautiful love and carly completely changed up the song and all the judges could talk about was her outfit. FU!!!! *shrug* the studios are incredible too<3

Okay, I had to really ponder over this one because I honestly love all of the Top 10 (seriously, ask anyone!) but upon some deep consideration, the answer is very clear…
David Cook. I had threatened to stop watching American Idol when Michael Johns was eliminated (to my great shock and dismay), but I was saved from making what would be one of the greatest mistakes of my life after Cook performed a rock ballad of Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby”. David changed the game with his creative arrangements and incredible versatility. He is daring, compassionate and a true inspiration. His winning moment is still my favourite television memory. Keep rocking on, Guitar Hero. <3
